Today, another transmission is received. This time, the code is recognizable. The Universe is trying to reach us, to connect with us in Arganee. http://rorrim.arganee.world/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2017/04/Arganee-Transmission-14.mp3 The Sound Collector Array mainframe computer has pulled the sound waves into this file. It may yet be translatable. What is the Universe saying?
When I arrived, the plans for the Sound Collection Array were waiting for me. The idea had been implanted into my mind. This early drawing reflects the basic design of the Sound Collection Array, and how its modules both gather and send forth data into the Universe. The box at the bottom is the advanced computing system that converts signals from the Universe into media files that we can hear. Messages continue to be received …
aris on I am sharing with you my “Cooking with Anger” alchemy. Hope you enjoy what is on the menu! A Pinch of Homesickness Main Ingredients: teacher archaeologist champagne coriander tattoo Spice Pack: 1/8 whisper of disapproval 1/4 pinch of homesickness One day a 17 year old boy was walking down the street, dreaming of becoming an archaeologist. He was just about to be home when he saw a tattoo shop. He thought to himself why not check it out. When he went […]

ignismentis on This week in NetNarr I befriended an imaginative alchemist named Aris Anastos (@Aris_Anastos). He seemed to be from the dying world of #arganee. He wrote a flavorful story for me called “A Pinch of Homesickness”: A Pinch of Homesickness Main Ingredients: teacher archaeologist champagne coriander tattoo Spice Pack: 1/8 whisper of disapproval 1/4 pinch of homesickness One day a 17 year old boy was walking down the street, dreaming of becoming an archaeologist. He was just about to be home when […]

It only seems like our fun had only just begun yesterday. This is some kind of hoax. Just an alchemistic (made this word up) trick to deceive us. Ahh, to say goodbye to all these alchemist friends I’ve made will be such a hard thing to do. Of course this is a hoax because digital alchemy/network narratives could never die. Even if technology were to come to an end tomorrow. It’s just apart of the human culture. Collaboration has been […]
As a remixer and collector, I have been keeping track of the transmissions from the Universe, in hopes of understanding the underlying narrative intent of the communications. We engage in analysis. There is much still yet to be learned ….
dogtrax on I spent a good part of the first 100 days of the Networked Narratives adventure trying to do the Daily Arganee prompt just about every day, both in my guise as The Internet Kid and Horse with no Name, and as myself, using an app called Legend to create short bursts of creativity. I stopped at the 100th prompt but may soon jump back on board. (I hit 98 with the Kid/Horse combo but only 79 as myself, according to the Daily […]
The Sound Array has discovered something most interesting. The latest transmission indicates that not only are we listening to the Universe, the Universe is listening to us. Amid the static and transmission protocols, the Universe has captured some of the sounds of the World. Listen. http://rorrim.arganee.world/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2017/04/Arganee-Transmission-13.mp3 It may be that the Universe has tapped into the Global Jukebox.
So, I love having multiple online identities and this Netnarr class is allowing us to openly engage in this activity while actively pursuing our education. How about that? Talk about a non-traditional class for sure. But in the past and also in this class, having many online identities becomes seriously overwhelming. Different emails to check, multiple identities to maintain and people to reach out to/reply to. All of these tasks make being more than one person online very challenging for […]
From One to Another to This. All the world’s a stage and we are merely remixing …. the Universe.
A certain sugar liquid company has reached out to the Pensato Remix Machine, and we have done my best to obscure its traditional logo and carve out new lines in social media. Every rebrand is a remix, is a restart. The Universe just shrugs.
A cryptic message attached with this latest transmission indicates a story stuck inside of a black hole in deep space. The narrative remains hidden beneath the sounds, however, and the Space Array is unable to decipher the story. Still, we listen. http://rorrim.arganee.world/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2017/04/Arganee-Transmission-12.mp3
